National Women’s Month, KZN accepts the challenge of Women Empowering Women in ECD.
Today we celebrate Linda Zama. Linda is a lawyer and serves as a Special Advisor to the Premier of KZN. As the Founder of the Linda Zama Foundation, from 2010, she has played a significant role in alleviating the plight of ECD practitioners in rural communities. Linda’s Foundation trains practitioners, supports curriculum initiatives and works with parents to improve their participation in foundational education.
Her guiding principle is “Any Child is My Child”. She says effective transformation starts with ECD. # ECD a right for all children # ECD workers deserve to be recognized.
