The Foundation was delighted to receive a big pre-Freedom Day gift when a JoJo tank was donated to Edamini Combined School in Shongweni.
This is in line with the Linda Zama Foundation’s contributing to alleviating water challenges in rural schools. People often don’t realise that when there is no water, teaching and learning are compromised and food cannot be prepared. Often the learners have to leave school early.
Deputy Principal Nokuthula Maduna travelled to collect the Jojo on behalf of the school.
